任职要求：
1.本科学历或以上（早期教育相关专业毕业优先）；
2.有激情，热爱和孩子一起的工作，并且愿意为孩子的成长付出时间和精力；
3.英语口语流利，英文水平不低于CET4/TEM4；
4.能够承受相应的工作压力；
5.身体健康，积极，精力充沛；
6.优秀的人际沟通能力和领导力，具有团队合作精神；
7.为人正直，具有良好的职业素养；
8.具有强烈的自我推动力和目标感；
9.风趣活泼,有幽默感；
10.具有儿童教育行业（0-13岁）相关工作经验优先。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above （preferably related to early childhood education）;
2. Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents;
3. Proficient use of English language （speaking, reading and writing） is a must. Minimum of CET4/TEM4;
4. Able to work under pressure;
5. Physically fit, active, energetic and can sing;
6. Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills;
7. Values integrity and professionalism;
8. Self-motivated, goal oriented and coach able;
9. A funster;
10. Experience of working with kids aged 0 to13 is a plus.
